Eligibility Requirements
The Iowa Students First Act ESA is available for individuals who
meet the following requirements:

Student is an Iowa resident.

Enrolls in, and attends, an Iowa accredited nonpublic school
for the 2023-2024 school year.

If the student attended an iowa accredited nonpublic school
for the 2022-2023 school year, an income check is required.
